An alluvial fan of the Tedori River that gushes out from the sacred Mt. Hakusan. The magnificent Kaga Plain that spreads out there is one of Japan's leading grain producing areas. Fragrant and delicious Kaga brown rice tea from Bocha no Sato. Its unique feature is that it uses tea stems. Low in caffeine tea, it has little bitterness or astringency, and has a lot of amino acids, which are said to be umami ingredients, so when roasted, it becomes a fragrant tea.
Kanazawa's tea shop ``CHA-NO-MI'' makes over 30 types of tea using carefully selected ingredients. The reason we are particular about not only tea leaves but also tea bags is because we want you to be able to enjoy high-quality tea even without a teapot. In the new world of Japanese tea, “Modern Japanese Style,” we will convey the joy of “living with Japanese tea.”
We have started ``CHANOMI'' so that you can more easily enjoy a variety of high-quality teas, mainly bag tea®. anytime, anywhere. We hope that you and your loved ones can enjoy "living with tea" through tea

OHARA's Kuzukiri is proud of its smooth texture and harmony with fruit juice. Unlike traditional Kuzukiri, we offer a new way to eat Kuzukiri that combines Japanese and Western style. In 1993, OHARA began working on ``new and delicious Kuzukiri.'' Since then, we have been developing excellent Kuzukiri for over 20 years. It is popular as a Kanazawa confectionery for its rich flavor and elastic texture, using seasonal fruits. No artificial flavoring.

What is "KUZUKIRI"? "Kudzu-kiri" is a traditional Japanese sweet, plant-based food made from Kuzu flour and bean starch, that is loved for its unique flavor and elegant sweetness. Using kudzu as the main ingredient, you can enjoy the chewy texture. The calorie content of our Kuzukiri dessert (Fruit Noodle) is less than 100kcal per serving (130g), which is much lower compared to other common desserts. All of KKI’s products are easy to eat, delicious, low-calorie, and health-conscious.

    What is "Rice Syrup"?
Next -generation plant base (Botanical) sweetener. Rice Syrup is a sweetener derived from rice.  As a fermented food made from rice, it is safe even for babies. Recommended for those following a macrobiotic or vegan lifestyle as it does not contain any animal derived ingredients. Due to its high water-retention properties, it is ideal for creating moist textures in bake goods such as cookies and cakes. With its rich flavor and aroma, and the presence of savory amino acids, it can serve as a substitute for sugar or mirin in cooking. Its resistance to becoming excessively firm when cooled helps maintain the smoothness of the ingredients even as it cools. Rice Syrup is made from rice that is perfectly fine in taste and quality but cannot be shipped due to being non-compliant with standards or for other reasons. It utilize rice that would otherwise go to waste embodying a "no-waste" approach.

UTGP2020 + MoMA contest Award-Winner artist. Collaborations with ARMANI EXCHANGE, Vogue, adidas Originals, STAN SMITH, FOREVER.

Hiroshi started his career in advertising, but transferred to the water sports industry due to his skepticism of “mass-consumption” and “mass disposal”. During this time he engaged in environmental protection activities, such as providing waterside environmental education to children.

In 2017, Hiroshi started traveling around the world. This ended unfortunately when he was drugged and robbed of $10,000 at the beginning of his trip. To fund the remainder of his trip, he began writing passerby’s names in Japanese on the streets. During his time in France, a girl said to him “Anyone can do this” and advised him to draw portraits instead after looking at his sketchbook. She liked his drawings. Hiroshi then started drawing portraits on the street. This was the beginning of his career as an illustrator.

In 2018, he completed his travels to 76 countries by means of drawing and illustrations, and returned to Japan. In May 2019, he created new visuals for MAGNET by SHIBUYA109. The billboard was put up on the building that can be seen from Shibuya Scramble Crossing. In July 2019, Hiroshi’s second solo exhibition “Water” was held in Harajuku, Tokyo. Singer and songwriter Sia came to the exhibition and purchased one of his works for her collection. In January 2021, he collaborated with adidas Originals. He painted four works for the new Stan Smith, adidas sneaker made with recycled materials and sustainability in mind.

In February 2021, Hiroshi’s work received an award in the UTGP2020 + MoMA contest. UNIQLO worked with MoMA and invited prominent artists Lawrence Weiner, Paula Scher and Sarah Morris, to be judges in the UTGP2020 + MoMA.

      • Facebook

Our story began in Hong Kong, where straight Asian parenting and school disciplines existed. Jewelry was once something unreachable for two ordinary 90s girls like us. The rebellion finally took place after college graduation. Healing from ear piercing did not take long, our obsession of earrings grew like wide fire. We shopped from local to premium brands, went on earrings hunting in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand etc. Turned out finding a pair of compatible earrings is just like finding the glass slippers for Cinderella. Big brand products do not always bring the greatest level of comfort. Local brand products do not mean any sacrifces on cuteness and quality. The two girls moved to New York City in 2019. To us, New York City is a melting pot of cultures and arts, filled with possibilities and dreams. We are amazed by world-class jewelry brands here. However, we also find affordable and cute dainty pieces of jewelry not so accessible compared to where we grew up. We questioned ourselves - Shall we do something to make the jewelry we love all the time more accessible here in the U.S.?
JOGI NO YUME is our dream, our dream to bring affordable, high quality, cuteness overloaded jewelry to people who fond of them as much as we do!

Miso-Dama's (MISOMARU) history goes all the way back to the late 15th century to mid 16th century during the civil war era in Japan.   Back then, MISODAMA was rolled and fired on the surface then dried under the sun, in order to keep long time during the transportation.   The convenience of MISODAMA (MISOMARU) makes it useful  nowadays for many different occasions in Japan. People make MISODAMA in advance and take them to the office for lunch, or use at picnics or simply at home. Unlike conventional instant miso soup mix, MISODAMA is made with healthy, high-quality ingredients, and can be customized any way you like. Our MISODAMA keeps the same shape and similar recipe as 500 years ago. We individually roll MISOMARU by hand, using mindfully resourced ingredients, such as our own blend of rice koji Miso, Katsuobushi (Bonito flakes), Kombu (Seaweed) and Shiitake mushroom powder.Miso is packed with essential vitamins and minerals,  and MISODAMA supported their health during the battles.

      Orika

      • Instagram

Welcome to Orika, where centuries-old Japanese tradition meets the vibrant pulse of New York City. We believe in the power of rituals to transform everyday life into something magical. Our mission is to blend the timeless wisdom of Japanese craftsmanship with the contemporary energy of modern wellness, creating playful, mindful products that delight the senses, ground the soul, and elevate everyday moments into spiritual adventures.

      Our Story
Orika was born from the meeting of two worlds: the serene, spiritual traditions of Japan and the dynamic, playful energy of New York. Shiori, our founder, grew up surrounded by the calm and mindful practices of Japanese culture. After moving to New York, she was inspired to merge this deep heritage with the city's bold creativity. The result is Orika, a brand that brings together the best of both cultures. Our Gradient Collection incense captures this unique blend, offering a sensory experience that transforms daily rituals into moments of tranquility and joy.

      Our Products
Orika proudly introduces the world's first tri-colored and aroma-changing incense stick, a part of our exclusive Gradient Collection. This groundbreaking product is the result of Shiori's collaboration with a prestigious incense factory on Awaji-shima, Kobe—an island steeped in myth and legend as the birthplace of Japan. Each incense stick carries the magic and craftsmanship of this ancient land, offering a sensory journey like no other. Our incense is more than just a fragrance; it’s a ritual, an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner self.

      Our Values
At Orika, we believe in the joy of rituals and the beauty of the everyday. Our products are designed for those who seek a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them, who are tired of the fast-paced urban life and are ready to explore new values. We embrace a philosophy of playful transformation, where tradition is honored and reimagined in ways that resonate with the modern spirit.
